Continual Thoughts

Who is the MOST important person to you in your life?
How many times does that person cross your mind throughout your day?
Maybe first thing in the morning and last thing at night, with a few times in between?
What about a busy day when you are at work?
Or when you are working out at the gym listening to motivating music?
What about when you are hanging out with your friends?
Even just at the grocery store?

You have constant thoughts about how they are, where they are, what they are doing, how their day is going and so on. That’s a hard goal to reach even in the best of relationships.

Naturally we are creatures that are normally occupied with the task at hand: work, gym, studying, cleaning, etc. This doesn’t mean we love someone any less. It just means we are naturally focused on what needs to be done at the moment, but we may still have sporadic moments of indulgent thoughts of our loved ones during the day.

However, IF WE COULD think of someone continuously all day long.
How much time would that really be?
How many thoughts would that ACTUALLY be?
AND wouldn’t that mean that we MUST truly genuinely whole-heartedly love someone?

“How PRECIOUS are your thoughts about me, O God. They CANNOT be numbered! I can’t even count them, they OUTNUMBER the grains of SAND! And when I wake up, you are still with me!” Psalm 139: 17-18 (NLT)

I want you to know like you know, like you know… that because you are so important to the LORD, you are a CONTINUOUS thought for HIM. He created you how could you NOT be?

Psalm 139:17-18 is a written reminder that reflects the priority we have on God’s VIP list. We consume HIS thoughts! Love, love, love that!

So when you are unsure if HE knows who you are, read the truth to be restored in HIS love.

God bless you
